With its new light and friendly allure, the Joko chair reflects the poetic nature and design philosophy of Bartoli Design, a longstanding leader in Italian and international design.

Its structure, composed of polyurethane foam on a metal frame, is entirely upholstered in either fabric or natural/synthetic leather. Elegant and versatile, it is ideal for any home or office.

The elephant is a symbol of good luck. For this reason, Kristalia and the Neuland Industriedesign studio chose this animal as a symbol of their partnership with a chair inspired by its anatomy and strength.

L’éléphant a longtemps était un symbole de chance et de bonheur et c’est pour cette raison que Kristalia et le studio Neuland Industriedesign ont choisi cet animal comme symbole de leur association. La chaise Éléphant est inspirée de l’anatomie et de la force de cet animal.



The structure is in hard cold-foamed polyurethane, and upholstered in leather. The back features ribbing reminiscent of the an elephant's back. The metal frame comes in two versions: with 4 narrow feet, or on a slide frame.

Milan International Furniture Exhibition - Salon international du meuble à Milan

This April, the Avant-Scene team was in Milan attending the 49th edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile - The 2010 International Furniture Exhibition.

The Rho Milan Fairgrounds were host to 2500 exhibitors, in conjunction with Eurocucina and its collateral event FTK, the International Bathroom Furniture Exhibition, the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition and SaloneSatellite.

We are very excited to bring you some of the new collections offered by our more popular manufacturers, as well as introduce you to some new lines we will be carrying very shortly. Stay tuned to the Design Scene blog for a sneak peak at some of these new products.

Le mois d’avril dernier, l’équipe d’Avant-scène était à Milan pour la 49ème édition du Salone Internazionale del Mobile, le Salon international du meuble 2010.

Le quartier des foires et salons à Rho Milan a accueilli 2 500 exposants, conjointement avec Eurocucina et son évènement FTK, le Salon internationale de la salle de bains, l’Exposition internationale d’accessoires d’ameublement, et le Salon Satellite.
