THE ITALIAN ESSENCE is the slogan behind the new Pedrali advertising campaign launched on occasion of the 51th edition of Salone Internazionale del mobile. The campaign was directed by graphic design agency Leftloft and photographer Paolo Spinazzè.

Grande Papilio by B&B Italia

With its seamless and fluid design, the Grande Papilio chair evokes simplicity and comfort. When designing it, Naoto Fukasawa’s intention was to create a chair that obviously looked comfortable.

Showcased on Nowness, James Mollison’s photographs of the Grande Papilio chair capture the design and fabrication process at the B&B Italia factory - from mini-prototype to life-size metal frame to finished product. Take a look!
